What else can I do?

I am doing the 30 day shred. I am on day 3 and so far I like it  

Or been reading reviews about it online, and most people said they didn't lose any weight. Some gained weight, and some only lost 1 or 2 lbs. BUT they lost a ton of inches.
I would be happy to lose just inches, but I am 60 lbs overweight so I also want to actually lose lbs to get to a healthy weight for my height.
So how do I lose POUNDS other than just inches?
What are some good exercises for losing weight and inches?

It has a lot to.do with diet. I try to eat 1200 calories of mostly healthy food, then do 2 hours of cardio a day. I have lost 25 pounds in 2.5 months and so many inches!

when you exercise the reason you gain weight sometimes is because fat weighs more than muscle. just watch your calorie intake as well and maybe start some type of diet. i do weight watchers

Wow that's awesome! I've been doing an hour of cardio plus the 30DS and I thought that was a lot. I guess I need to do more cardio??
Are you really strict with your calories?
I can seem to get my eating right. The fists couple days I tried to limit my calories to 1200, but I kept going under because I was too afraid to go over. I heard its not good to eat less than 1200 because it will make your body go into starvation mode and hold on to everything you eat.
And if I try to eat less, I actually end up eating more eventually because I start craving everything :/ I don't go too much over but it's just been hard.

Yea I know about muscle weighing more than fat, but I still need to lose lbs to get to a healthy weight.

I have the My Fitness Pal app on my phone and it helps with counting calories. I have been eating a huge salad for lunch and dinner for like the past week and it keeps me fullfor snacks I have mini Triscuits and laughing cow cheese. Breakfast I eat pretty much whatever I make my kids.usually a nutrigrain waffle with peanut butter and fruit Any other time I feel hungry I make myself eat an apple and drink a bottle of water. I know I drink a lot more water since I started going to the gym. I think I drink at least 10 cups a day without trying.
