I haven't even thought of that. They usually have 6oz bottles, maybe at bedtime they'd take 8? Idk. I'm new to formula feeding, I BF my last.

If you're going to use vodka, make sure you double up!

Look guys, I'm exhausted. And I signed up for this. I love being a mom. I have a 3 year old, 2 year old, and 6 month old twins, so of course I'm TIRED.

But getting up at 4am to play ain't fun.

Yeah. Try adding it to their last feeding. My baby takes a few extra ounces at bedtime & she sleeps well. She still wakes up once or twice to feed though but she's only ten weeks old

Have you thought about pushing their bedtime back a little and including a before bed snack? Giving them a bit more baby food before bed might do the trick.

My twins are 5 months && do almost the exact same thing. I'll feed them what they want && then if they wanna play, lay a couple of blankets & pillows on the floor & some toys && let them play and roll around with each other while I lay next to them. Sometimes I'll even put a cartoon on for them even though they really don't know what it is they like the sounds and the light cause I'll still keep it dark. It really is NOT that huge of a deal.

My DD is 6 months and I give her cereal with fruit in the morning when she gets up. She's usually ready for some food around 12 or 1pm. Then a bottle around 4 or so. Then DH gives her more food around 8 or so. She goes to bed between 9 and 10pm and sleeps til about 10 am the next morning.

Maybe you could try one more feeding of food throughout the day or give them some cereal before they go to bed at night. It may hold them over til the morning. Just an idea.
