pressure any answers?

Im having a lot of pressure in my uterus im 39 Weeks my due date is January 31st for the past week I've been having bad cramps but now its just pressure in the past hour I've peed 20 times not exaggerating is this a good sign that labor is starting? Oh btw my last appt was Monday the 21st and I was dilated to 2 my next appt is tomorrow but Im tired of wait someone tell me this is it

My last labor started with this extreme pressure in my hips and back, then I noticed the pain was timeable....then contractions started. Could be prelabor.
