Okay. When I was 21 weeks I woke up in the middle of the night and my pants were soaked. When I got up to go to the bathroom I had a stream of fluid run down my leg. I called the hospital and they told me Togo get checked. Sure enough the swab was positive for amniotic fluid and what I was told was "a pocket in my membrane had burst and I probably wouldnt make it past 30 weeks". Well knock on wood ill be 33 weeks on Thursday and hope to keep going. Today though I've not been feeling the best. I've been having BH on and off for the last few months but tonight they hurt more. It doesn't feel like it usually does its more like a sharp stabbing pain every once in awhile and when I go to the bathroom after I pee it feels like I'm leaking a few drops of fluid. I dontthink that's what it is but that's what it feels like. Also there's a lot more pressure today. I've most definitely reached that wonderful stage in pregnancy where I'm anxious as hell and sick of it and would ggive just about anything to not be pregnant anymore but today is just killing me. Its driving me insane. I'm not really worried an am in no way going to try to "jump start labor" just needed to vent cuz I'm going csmurfing nuts.

Il be 32weeks tomorrow. I wonder what it would be like to go into labor on your own. its got to be hard always wondering if that was fluid or just pee. Do you have bpp to check the fluid around the baby?

Nope. They jjust sent me home, put me on bed rest for a month and told me if anything happens (bleeding, contractions, leaking etc) to go back in. He gave me an ultrasound while I was there and still had lots of fluid around baby so he basically told me I needed to rest and id be better off at home in a comfortable and less stressful environment than the hospital.

Was that the only time you noticed leaking? I would be worried if the baby had enough fluid or not. Well at least the relaxing is helping our you wouldn't have made it this far..just a few more weeks.
