Ok the father of my sisters oldest baby used to do the same things. One night my sister was playing around we were all laughing, none of the jokes were about him in anyway shape or form. He pushed her through a wall that night. She was 4 months pregnant. She thought oh he'll be a good daddy to his little girl. When she was 3 months old he put her in a scalding hot bath because she spit up on him. Don't chance your child's life because you want to believe he will be a good dad or that he can change or control his anger. You will be heartbroken if he puts your child in ICU.

That is the problem, he lives with me in my house. If I was just renting I would quit but I own the place and don't have money to start over somewhere else. :/

Yes I do own it. And I know I do have to evict him. He doesn't get mail here but I am thinking of after he gets his taxes back just telling him we are over, that I don't want to be with him anymore because I am not happy, and that since he has his taxes back that he has enough to find a place to stay. I am hoping he gets this job he is waiting on, and if he does then it will help out a lot. I don't want to be rude and throw him out when he has no place to go so I figure if I tell him after he has money then he can find somewhere else to stay. I wish this wasn't going to happen :/
