Cervical position in early pregnancy?

I am getting conflicting answers via google. I took a test today and there is the faintest line ever. I'm worried it may just be an evap but there is a good chance I could be pregnant..I am just unsure about everything right now. Can someone tell me what your cervix should feel like in early pregnancy? Ive never checked my cervix with my other littles so I don't know what to feel for.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Well, I'm not quite sure how I feel about it yet. We decided no more for us and began the surrogacy process so this is kind of bringing a bunch of mixed emotions. :/

Do you have a pic of the test?

From what I've read online, checking your cervix for pregnancy isn't too reliable. I can try to find some links though if you want!
