Would you let a same sex couple adopt your child? The couple is well off and they're both decent people and Christian also. I was watching a tv show where the girl didn't want a couple to adopt her child because she was Christian and the were same sex. One girl was an o3 in the military and a bronze star recipient the other worked for the youth center.

I'm Christian and fully support same sex marriage so hell yes I would!

I'm not but my whole thought is if they're good people who could give my child a good life who frickin cares.

I dont know why someone would deny their child love & happiness because of gender. -_-

I'm a Christian and I could give a rats ass if the couple were gay or not. If they could love my child and take care of my child then more power to them. Babies don't discriminate. Why should I?

I believe in God, pray, read scripture and such...but would never label myself Christian/Catholice/Jewish, etc for this exact reason. If I have to take a label to have faith and with it judge and chastise others for their choices, its seems a bit um.....'unchristian' lol

Well I guess I would struggle more with it because, I hate to say this but our generation still isn't there yet. Meaning, kids of same sex couples get more crap than those of not... So no, I wouldn't let a same sex couple adopt my child. Nothing against them personally but I wouldn't want my kid to have a double hard time. Being adopted and getting crap.

If our world could be more excepting then yes I would!

I know it's not a popular answer, but I don't agree with that life style. Same as I wouldn't give my child to a single parent, or two parents who aren't married. I'm not one of those picketing people, I don't spew hateful words, I just don't agree with it..  

I was raised as a christian ans I was always told not to judge others so I find it rather hypocritical to judge someone because of the way they live.

This is why I do not go to church they teach you not to judge others yet the majority of the christian churches condemn homosexuality... The entire religion is hypocritical imo

But the Bible says not to judge and to love all. Even though you don't agree with the lifestyle by not treating them the same as you would a married couple (even the single straight people) your judging them for being different.

I stopped going to church when the priest said that people who are not baptized are not true christans. It really pissed me off that a man who is suppose to help guide me on my spiritual journey and help me become closer to God is going to tell me I'm less of a Christan than the person sitting next to me just because I wasn't Christan.
