I am getting fixed after I have this baby (currently 37weeks 4days) and I am TERRIFIED even though its my 5th baby 4th pregnancy, and I'm only 23. But that's the thing I'm ONLY 23, and I'm feeling pressured to get fixed by my husband and family. I was suppose to get fixed after my last baby and had a panic attack before the surgery. I'm going to get fixed this time ONLY because my body can't handle another pregnancy. I feel like I'm 45 already, and I have a lot of health issues now from being pregnant for pretty much 5 years. But even though I feel that way I'm still horribly upset that I am going to get fixed because like you, i have that feeling of what if later down the road. What if I want another baby (sounds crazy when I already have 5) but I can totally relate to what your feeling! Idk maybe I am crazy but its scary to know that unless your rich and can get it reversed, that I will never be able to bear a child again. Its just really scary :/

I had my tubes clamped. My husband didn't want more kids. Well, now he's changed his mind. Once I graduate college and start work I sill be having my tubes unclamped and will have another one.

Yep. I have two step sons, and we have two together so I am DONE. I hated pregnancy, my body is shot. But I still feel sad about it.

Yeah, I had my son at 17 in 09 had my twins at 19 in 10 and just has lo at 21 in 13.... So I know what you mean about young and many. My DH has 2 other sons also but he's 29 so yeah.
