I need help

So my son turned two Oct 12th and hes been potty trained for about two months now and he was doing very very well with it going almost a whole week without any accidents at home or daycare. Well the past two weeks hes been having ALOT of accidents at home and daycare and not only pee accidents but lots and lots of poop ones also. im so frustrated and not sure what to do.
every time he has a poop accident he runs and takes off his clothes and gets smurf EVERYWHERE hes done it three days in a row now.
i take him to the potty every 15ish mins. he pees so much its kind of becoming a concern to me because he can not have anything to drink and still have to pee alot.. he doesn't have any accidents at night.. sometimes at naptime at school he does though. Anyone have this problem?
