Yes you can. Ive had 4 kids on my 5th and always have eaten honey. We are adults and our stomach acid kills any chance of botulism so it is completely safe.
Babies dont have the same acid in their stomachs to kill those things thats why they cant have it.

I googled and it said unpasturised honey isn't safe during pregnancy. The first 3 searches said this.

Actually, it doesn't matter.

You can catch botulism from raw or store bought honey.

Babies can catch botulism from dirt outside and if I'm not mistaken I remembee reading that most infant botulism cases come from other sources then honey. Its more a matter of how well its stored...if you know where its coming from and get it fresh...I could of sworn that is much safer...raw honey has alot of health benefits...its awesome!
