went and got looked at

I had made posts about my knee. I have a torn meniscus and yesterday I heard a loud pop. I went to the walkin today. Turns out I have a sprain/strain of my knee along with the tear. They put me on crutches duen to I cant walk. I hate crutches :'( he wants me elevating my knee all day so I got a note for work. My surgery isnt unril march 21 should ib use the crutches until then?

They should have told you for how long to stay on the crutches.

The reason I asked is he gave me a note for work saying I need to elevate my knee and no repetitive walking for a week
