ugh, I forgot all about that, that would definitely help. It's hard to put my mind into it when I've never been in this situation. It's hard to know the first steps to take. I think I got a few down, but I should get some assistance also. I don't know about this child support thing either. It's all foreign to me. i'd be leaving too. that would make me want to rip his face off. i don't work , my husband pays for everything, we have our issues but he NEVER says smurf like that .

I wish i had advice for you. i don't think you deserve to be treated like that. but you have to decide if the stress of leaving is better than the stress of staying.

You are not just taking his money, that is your child's money too. I would also go to court and file for custody so you have no future problems that for some reason he doesn't want to give you the baby back from visitation.

Some days I feel it is...some, I feel it's not. I'm just tired of it. I'm tired of that being his main argument to justify his stupidness. He get's pissed off when I don't sleep with him..and it's like why would I? I'm not attracted to the person he is anymore. Nothing to do with his physical appearance, it's his personality that makes me disgusted with him. I think I'm going to do this. I'm going to leave.

It was free for me in NY but I have heard of people needing money for it. It also depends in your situation, do you think he will fight you? My BD had a legal aid and I represented myself, yet I still got everything and he didn't even walk out with visitation because he was an irresponsible douche.

Given your situation, I think they'd probably waive fees for you. What area of Arizona do you live in? Not trying to be a creeper, but I am in AZ and I know some hotels have rent by the week and month deals.. Do you have a car?

I had to drive 1700 miles to my closest family. I didn't know if I would have enough gas money to get there, but set out and made it.
