No pain weight lost.

I was recently told that if I wrap an ace bandage around my stomach and wear it all day that I'd start to lose weight with out have to workout. Just wondering what people think about that.

....no.Why are you opposed to working out?

If you believe that, I have some snake oil to sell you.

That....sounds fat and lazy and completely untrue. Those are my thoughts about it.

Whale boned corsets work much better.

You know what DOES work?.. Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

How stupid does someone have to be to believe such a thing. Yes there are wraps that make you lose water wait in your belly because you're sweating it out. But its water.. Not fat. Workout and eat right if you want to lose the weight.

Ya I think not, but I have seen someone lose inches off there middle from the It Works body wraps. Of course if you have a lot of fat it wont matter..I bought some and when I get my belly a lil flatter im gonna use them to tighten the skin up from having my DS..im only 9 weeks pp so it will be awhile before I try them out. They are kinda expensive so I hope I get some kind of result from them.

It's not permanent weight loss.  

But my DH does have his soldiers wrap themselves with Saran Wrap and preparation H to lose a few inches before being taped.
