There is a terrible stomach bug going around.
Make sure to keep him hydrated and some bum cream to help with any rash that may appear.
I hope it passes soon, good luck

I'm trying. I feel so bad for him. He's only had maybe 1 full cup today and has barely moved off the couch. We have some prescription butt cream but he screams when I put it on.

Maybe get a stool sample done with the pedi. Look up c. diff symptoms. Did your child recently take an antibiotic?

I had it in March last year after an antibiotic. C. diff is the abbreviation. A bad bacteria that many people have can flurish in the intestines causing pain and diarrhea. Just call your doctor and ask them to do a stool sample. It might not be that but your son has the same symptoms I had. My son tested negative for it with similar symptoms too. So it could be something else.

Give your son yogurt too to give him the good bacteria. Good luck!!

So its caused from antibiotics? If so, he hasn't been on any in like 6+ months. He never really gets sick so this is new to me.

No sometimes antibiotics just kill all the good bacteria and allow the c diff to grow. Other things can cause it. If he doesn't have regular stools soon or isn't eating/drinking get him to the doctor. It could be something else but with diarrhea you just have to worry about dehydration too.
