Fantasy vs reality

In my head, in theory, and when I look at pictures, I love things like fitness, gardening, health foods, home projects.. But in reality, I have no energy or motivation. After pulling out some tough roots and planting six flowers, I need a serious nap! And a nice evening wall is misery for me. Idk if its because I'm nearly 32 weeks pregnant or what, but I wish I could align my true lifestyle with the one I visualize in my mind. Instead if couch potatoe and deep fried potatoe central.

I've always been like this   I have 100's of unfinished and unstarted projects. I hate myself for it.

lol i'm right with ya. Maybe do a weekly project, or monthly even since your pregnant and will have a new baby and set things to do in smaller tasks. It's more realistic and still working towards having things the way you want. It's the process and doing something you enjoy aswel, so it should be enjoyable and not a pressure. When you have real life to deal with it makes it hard to just do the nice stuff all the time.

I know how you feel. I love pinterest but have mainly only tried recipes off the page. I work full time and by the time I make it home I am exhausted. Hubby and I cook dinner and then play with our daughter and put her to bed and we are done for the day.

Lol I asked dh if we can get a bunch of gardening stuff and he said not until I prove I'm really interested and not just on a whim by making something nice out if what we have first. I was offended but I tried to prove myself and we'll, he was right. I would have had fun shopping and the stuff would never be used. I'm so like that, I hate it. The cool equipment draws me in. I like the polka dotted garden gloves and matching boots much more than the actual dumber, sun, and toil :p
