PP bleeding

I haven't bled at all since 2 1/2 weeks & started working out yesterday(she'll be 6 wks tomorrow) and what do you know now I'm spotting. Is this normal and going to happen anyway or is it a sign that I'm pushing myself too much? I don't feel like I'm over doing it. Thank you!

It could be that you're overdoing it, or it could be your period. Are you breastfeeding?

Happened to me too.. Couldn't work out without bringing back pp bleeding until 8 wks pp!

Should have included that I'm exclusively breastfeeding.

I cannot wait another two weeks- my stomach is so gross. I need this flab back to normal ASAP.
