I cringed slightly because this kid was like 18ish months and still in an infant carrier, clearly way beyond the limits. But I directed them to BRU for the trade in so hopefully they got him a new seat asap

The Graco Nautilus has a 10 YEAR lifetime!!

We just bought them in Aug. and the carseats do not expire until 2022!!

Just a thought because i seen you mention you wished you could use it for both kids.. If you buy one now, you can use it for say 3 years?? then your daughter will be 6. Hopefully big enough for a booster. Spend $50 on a booster (i say $50 because we buy graco. but their are $30 ones) and let your new baby use the Nautilus.


ETA i ment let her new baby use the Nautilus after her daughter uses it for 3 years.

i just saying she is an RN and most likely wants to ERF. So she is till going to need one more seat my daughter will be RF as long as we can

My 2 & 3 year old are both in Nautilus'. Love them.

The Nautilus is a FF carseat only. It is good for 8 yrs (well, mine is), but yes that is a long time.

I mentioned that I wanted a seat I could re-use. I think she meant I could use it when the baby is older.
