Some wedding questions

1. How did you pick a theme and what did you finally decide on?
2. How long did it take you to plan and how much did it cost?
3. What did you do for the reception(food/entertainment/etc)?
4. How long before the wedding did you send out save the dates and invites?

Just starting to plan ours, and i have no clue what the heck i'm doing, so any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated!

We had a destination wedding at Disney World. Did a fairy tale theme. Took 8 weeks of real planning. Had a big party reception. Invites went out 6w prior.
