She's shaking.

My 2 year old is laying next to me sleeping and she's randomly just shaking. This has never happened before. Her whole body is shaking then she will whine then go back to sleep. She doesn't have a fever or anything. Is this something to worry about? Should I bring her to the er or call her doctor?

I wouldn't worry if its a twitchy shake. She could be dreaming. But a constant shake would worry me.

She will shake for like 30 seconds then whine and go back to sleep. She's awake now and seems to be fine but it scared me lol.

If her body is shaking not twitching- yes I would at the very least call her dr

Yeah that would worry me a little bit. I'd call her doctor. Especially since she whines afterward.
