I still feel bad, I don't how she took it. I would even buy her a car seat myself, I love them dearly.

That is how I feel about it. I say something and if anything, god forbid, happened I would still feel horrible but I would know that I did what I could. I would hate myself if I had not said anything at all

Yeah I would, I told her I didn't know if I should say anything but that it was eating me up inside and she just said ""it's fine"...I asked about the baby and she hasn't responded.

I think things will be fine, she is responding. The baby has RSV and an ear infection  

She was probably thrown back a little but I think she'll do the best for her baby, at least I hope so.

Good for you for speaking up and doing it kindly   Really hope she was receptive and will put baby in a new seat. Gosh, I can't even really picture a 10 month old staying IN a booster.

I know! My 13 month old niece gives a hard time to even get in her car seat, she would never stay in a booster.

Did she say she was going to look into a different car seat? Or is she still going to use the booster?

I know you don't want your friend in trouble but I'd maybe call the police department, and just see if they can go and give her a warning or something.

She didn't say what she was going to do. I told her to look into it and she said ok, we just talked about how the baby was since she's sick.
