Quoting regina_margot:" that's in canada, not in the united states as far as i know, it's not illegal not to rear face you can say it should be, but as it is, not against any laws."
Quoting Lara +2:" <blockquote><b>Quoting Charlee ♥ Jensen:</b>" I think that is what I am going ... [snip!] ... the boosters look now. Like I know she's ready, but mentally I'm not Haha was she like wth are you putting me in lady"
Quoting Charlee ♥ Jensen:" In the united states it is illegal to forward face a child that is under a year old and 20lbs"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quoting Madi's*Mama:" !!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter what state you live in a 10 month old CAN NOT be forward facing in a booster seat. "
Quoting Charlee ♥ Jensen:" I am aware of this. "I know that's why I agreed with you quote and added my own comment with it.
Quoting Lara +2:" <blockquote><b>Quoting regina_margot:</b>" that's in canada, not in the united states ... [snip!] ... can say it should be, but as it is, not against any laws."</blockquote> Ya every state is a year AND twenty pounds"
Quoting regina_margot:" here is what i'm saying: there are no states in america that REQUIRE a rear facing seat, for an infant ... [snip!] ... know. i DO know that it is NOT against the law to have your infant in a booster seat, as long as the infant is "restrained""Yes they do. Your child can't face forward until they are at least 1 yr and 20 lbs and when you do switch them they have to fit the requirement of the seat (they have to be safety restrained). A 10 month old doesn't meet the age or weight requirements for a boost seat.
