He won't eat without..

D's is 2y2m and don't eat anything without salt and pepper put on it..

He says its yucky, that he want salt and and and pepper..
I put it on (barely any lol) then he rants about how good it is lol

My son was like that with salt lol

my kids are obsessed with pepper, not salt. i do not put salt on anything ever. lol

but me and the kids with pepper is a must on almost everything.

my 3 and a half year old loves pepper. She puts it on everything. She would put salt to if i let her but i dont.
My sil puts salt on her kids food and hes not even a year...shes like ya they are supposed to have some salt...i said well jeesh they get sodium from foods they eat you dont gotta put it on his food! LOL...and shes an RN i though that was weird! haha, her kid though, not mine.

To try to get him to not eat salt I said lick your finger and dip it in the salt and lick it thinking he'd hate it... No, he did it again and again and hit mad when I took it away! Gross, who ears plain salt? Bleh

haha i dont use margarine or butter on any of my kids stuff. I never have. I need it on my toast and potatoes but tehy dont know the differance once the peanut butter or jam is on...or the sourcream on potatoes. Haha. They have years ahead of them to eat that. But i do butter their popcorn mmmmmm haha

I dont like it either, and never used it on my kids stuff for snadwhiches or whatever, but I make everything homemade and a lot of recipes call for butter so I just use unsalted. And on like our garlic bread (I make garlic butter) so its just better to have and use the unsalted.

oh gross...my dad used to do that too. it makes me gag thinking about it. Yuck! i cringe if i lick some off my finger. I dont like it at all. But i like it on things...and melted with crab and shrimp haha
