I wouldn't stay with someone who says "I guess I love you"... Just because you got pregnant, doesn't mean his feelings towards you should change in anyway.

I remember I was broken up for my bf for a week, and found out I was pregnant when we were still broken up. We got back together though.

Stay strong! He is probably unsure and scared just handling it diferntly
