Firstly you need to take this up with your treating doctor as you could be putting yourself and your baby at risk.

Yes.... But I would have gotten stuck doing some of them. Prenatal yoga was awesome though!

And yes ask your ob first. Mine gave me the ok for pretty much everything.

My dr said working out is okay during pregnancy as long as you drink plenty of water, don't push yourself too hard and keep your heart rate below 140.

So I would think it would be fine.

Yeah mine told me to keep my heart rate down too, and stay hydrated (which you should anyways) but I already knew all that lol. I just didn't ask about specific workouts like in the picture, just light exercise in general.

Forgot about prenatal yoga! I need to do something, I'm feeling so incredibly fat... not just pregnant, but like chunky... everywhere.

None of those were on my drs banned lists. My dr even said jogging was okay if I felt up to it (ha).

Lol I don't think I could jog, I would feel like I'm shaking the crap out of my baby. Same reason I won't do jumping jacks or anything of that sort, either.

You should do it! It's so relaxing. I you can't find a class they have a video streamed on Netflix.... Or at least they did a few months ago.

About all I can do is squats lol. Aside from heavy lifting and ridiculous cardio. There's nothing wrong with those   Take it up with your doctor.
