Quoting K. Beaupiiiit..*:" What's CIO? I'm so out of the loop lol"Cry It Out.
Quoting Jennybananna:" Cry It Out. Its letting the baby cry for short periods of time in hopes that will learn to self soothe and be able to fall asleep on their own."OH OKAY.
Quoting Squid Kid:" You really just went there? Way to make yourself bias and uncreditable. "
Quoting norah's.momma✿:" How does make me bias? That doesn't even make sense. I can have my own opinion and if you read anything about CIO you would know how harmful it is to a baby."
Quoting P3RvYmCp3rv:" did you read the new study that just came out like a week ago? (not being sarcastic being dead serious) "
Quoting norah's.momma✿:" No. Can you link me?"http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/24/health/child-sleep-debate-enayati/index.html

Quoting jen black:" <blockquote><b>Quoting P3RvYmCp3rv:</b>" http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/24/health/chil ... [snip!] ... you thank you thank you for posting this!!!!!!!!!!! So many people dogged me for CIO so glad there is a good article on it."
Quoting justanothamotha:" How is that article "pro-CIO"? That article says this: "The scientists measured how long the infants ... [snip!] ... I listed above, showing that cortisol levels were THE SAME even when the child cried less, tends to lend credence to that idea."
Quoting P3RvYmCp3rv:" Never ever ever said it was a pro-cio article. Where in the hell did I EVER say it was Pro-CIO? "
Quoting Ashley&Kai:" I think she said that because the other lady posted that she got dogged for using CIO and that girl ... [snip!] ... that I follow my maternal instinct and science backs it up. I don't care if I am stressed out as long as my child isn't. "Ehhh maybe I misread then. I'm not against or for. For my 3 year old (almost 4) he has to cio sometimes. Like you can lay next to him and what not but he is one of those kids that fights his sleep till no end.

At least you lay next to him and let him know he isn't alone. I am against CIO in babies. Which in my opinion is younger than two. After that, sometimes I think a child needs to cry out their temper tantrums or fighting sleep.
