birthday balloons

i'm going to order the things I need online for the theme of my son's 1st birthday party. I want 2 balloons that I can only get online with his theme.

Does anyone know if like say dollar tree or Hallmark will blow up the balloons when I need them blown up although they are not from that store?

I don't know, but they probably won't because they can't replace them if they break.

You can buy small helium tanks from walmart or party city, though, and blow them up yourself.
