3cm dialated and 100% effaced!!! now what??

i am 37 weeks pregnant and 3cm dilated and 100% effaced. i went in about a week ago and they said i was a finger tip then i was having contractions went in to the hospital and went to 3cm and 100% effaced... but then it just stopped nothing has happened and i am ready for my baby girl to get here so anyone have any tips???

Just wait. It will happen when it happens. Sounds like the time is very near. Try to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy... and your quiet time.

it means absolutely nothing. you've still got 3-5 weeks. You could go tomorrow, you could go 5 weeks from now. What now? Nothing!

Take a nap!!

Sleep as much as you can now! Go on a date that you get all made up for and get a massage. Enjoy your showers and eating your food while its still warm. After that have sex and see an acupuncturist. They have prenatal acupuncturists that claim to help you go into labor.

I hope she comes soon she is already an estimated 6lbs a week ago. I hope i continue to dialate...  she is in perfect position.

Ultrasound measurements aren't very accurate, and 6 pounds isn't that big at all. She will be here before you know it, mama. Just relax.  

Get some rest and hope that little baby sticks around another week or two. Could happen at any time.

You can be dilated for weeks. Just rest you still have a while to cook that LO

I am trying to relax i think since its my first baby im justt so anxious!

Your baby will be here before you know it. Just get lot's of rest and be prepared.
