Im looking into this, not as a quick fix but to help me learn portion control and realize how badly i eat. Also i don't eat enough. I've read alot of people get great results on this especially if you keep up with it. I was just wondering if anyone has before after pics or their story to share.

I don't eat terribly bad right now, i don't drink sodas, eat cakes or anything like that. I know unless i continue to eat healthy i won't lose any weight. So please don't tell me i will just gain it back. I'm really good at maintaining my weight just not losing it. I plan on starting to run again, as I am going to do a 5k at the end of march.
