Do you have someone besides the cops you can call a friend or a parent?
I would threaten with the cops if it was me have a car ready pack a bag for you a baby and get away for a day or two until things are calm and you guys can talk.. You have the power, do you nurse?

If someone refused to give me MY baby I would call the cops anyways. I wouldn't care about court later. Didn't he just get out of the hospital? (Is this the OP I think it is? Son has been in and out of hospital for a bunch of diff things? I could be wrong, if I am sorry.)

Sounds like you should be going to court. Didn't you and SO recently seperate? What he did is wrong on so many levels, if SO tried to keep my child from me I'd probably do him physical damage.

Thanks guys. Ive threaten with the police before he said the cops know him and they wont let me take my son with me to where ever i need to go.

Yeah screw that. Just because he knows the cops doesn't mean that he can basically keep you and your son captive. I mean I guess they could try but I wouldn't even let him worry you like that. He's being stupid. I'd tell him if he doesn't give your son back to you, you are calling the cops anyways.

And i dont have anyone to call no friends, and my mother and I dont talk. it wont do any good at all.
