yeah that is true. he didnt want me to be induced on the weekend he had her, b.c he wanted to spend time with her and smurf. but i had him all on my own that weekend that we had her.

he wont kick the baby out too, he'll try to keep him with him. but in the state of michigan the child comes with the mother no matter the sitiaution. michigan is a mothers state by law.

Does he pay rent or do you contribute? Because if you're just living with him, he could legally kick you out. He has a responsibility to care for his children, but not you.

Yeah....it's not really. If he makes the case for custody, he can get it.

In Michigan, mother's have initial custody....not sole custody. That doesn't mean he can't file and win custodial rights.

I can do. I could easily move in with my aunt if i wanted too, and he cant legally kick me out. its not his house to kick me out of. its his mothers. and she wont kick me out.

OP is he controlling because you cheated early on in your relationship and he just hasnt forgiven you, or has he always been this type of guy?
Sorry if that sounded harsh at all..
Honestly if you guys are living in a home where you feel like perhaps you might gets kicked out then there will be a struggle over where the baby goes you but you love him so much then therapy is really needed to improve the equality of the relationship you have.

You can do what? If you're miserable with him and you can stay with your aunt, why don't you see if she could board you all until you can find an apartment yourself?

We try. We always have a blow out like this evert few months, i dunno why. but i told him about therapy, he doesnt like that idea at all.
and he hasnt.
and my cousin(his ex, but not his ex-baby mama) <--make sense?
