We got one from my grandma for Christmas. It is worth registering for IMO. I mean I have super taste buds so I taste the difference between the sodas and name brand. But they taste like store brand soda. The rest of my family can't taste the difference. There's all sorts of different flavors. And you control how much flavor and carbonation you put in there. They will take trade ins for the carbonation bottle.

Walmart has the flavors and they are only between about $5 and $10. Depends on if you want the kind that has aspartame and regular sugar or just sugar.

It's super duper easy to use. My little brothers and cousins use it.

I'm kind of lazy, so I'd probably never use it. Plus I hate having stuff around I don't use.

I've never owned one but my old job used sell them and we would have them out to give samples all the time and it definitely tasted good. I would say it's worth registering for.

I want to try it! Is it better for you than soda? (Not that soda is good for you, like ingredients wise?)

We have one, from a few years ago. It's awesome. I save so much money on just the seltzer water alone. I'm addicted to plain seltzer water. mm!

The pop is okay. DH drinks it.

Thanks! I think I will register for it. I can tell the difference super easily too. I was worried that it would taste like crap lol. I saw they have a Cola Zero, I am assuming that means its supposed to be similar to coke zero?

Do you have to get the carbon replaced often?

I love my soda stream! It takes less than 5 minutes to make some soda and I like how it tastes too.

Yes that would be the kind that they are trying to imitate.

They aren't bad at all. I just can taste the difference. There are even Koolaid and Country Time Lemonade kinds. And an energy drink kind. With the actual set up you get samples as well.

It lasts for 60- 1 liter bottles. Not too often and when you purchase the replacement it's only $15.99 vs the full price of $30 for a brand new one.

We haven't yet. And we've made quite a few liters of soda. My family is a little addicted to soda. I'm cutting it out though. And I've also done a few seltzer waters too.

I never seen one...

...but in Germany they just sell packets of each soda flavor and mix it with seltzer water. They even drink seltzer water plain. Yuck!

I wouldn't get one though. I would put a nice water purifier on the list instead. Much more healthier!

Plain seltzer water (YUM) is just as healthy as a nice water purifier...
