Google 4 month sleep regression. Its a total normal age appropriate thing at this point. Don't worry mama it will be over soon.

Oh forgot the tips, try getting some sort of white noise for when she sleeps. Maybe get her some teething tablets and try to give them when she wakes. And just calm her, she will grow out of it.

Try limiting her daytime sleeping to a few naps a day. Maybe a couple hours in the morning and a few more in the afternoon then keep her awake for a few hours straight right before bed. And make sure she is full, warm, clean, and comfy. Have you tried cosleeping with her?

Honestly, she's four months old. You really can't expect her to be sleeping a normal schedule by now. She could just be a difficult sleeper. My daughter just started sleeping through the night (most nights) a few weeks ago and she's 2.

I am never a fan of keeping a baby up, it can lead to even worse regressions. And at this point they still really need a lot of sleep.

I've never kept my Babies up either I was just thinking that op said her dd sleeps great during the day and won't sleep at night. I figured maybe trying to keep her busy during the day, not just keeping her awake but playing with and stimulating her, maybe it would help get her tired for night time.

This really isnt a problem im familiar with though, I've never minded my babies being up at night, I figure it's part of the job and they eventually grow into a more "normal" sleep schedule. Even if it takes a few years.

But op, cosleeping always helped my babies and I sleep better.
