His girlfriend would rather make me pay the 200-300 dollar fee to have his phone turned off... and yep, if i try to call him on the weekends he wont answer even if i text him ahead of time saying it's the kids.

Okay well at least he's paying CS. If he wasn't paying it I'm sure that you wouldn't help him financially like you are occasionally.

lucky for me i didn't have to force him to pay it!
Like i said, he was a jerk before he met his girlfriend, but it's gotten MUCH worse since he met her. Before he met her, he was seeing the kids at least twice a week (he wasn't comfortable with him not driving) would watch them if i needed him too when i worked on his days off, we still got along pretty well.. much better then when we where together.. then when he met her it all went to hell :/ i don't get what is so great about her that he just forgets about his kids

It's unfortunate but it happens. My dad ignored me whenever he had a gf or treated me like crap. As soon as he got together with my step mom though he changed. She taught him how to be a dad. I just hope that your ex gets rid of her or vice versa and he gets a woman who respects the fact that he has kids. Right now he's only thinking with his penis.
