mucus plug

I know the actual mucus plug can rebuild or whatever. I've lost mine at 30 weeks and again at 33 weeks, but I went to the bathroom and it had blood in it. Should I give my ob a ring or go to the er or is this normal?

Is it still safe to take a bath after I loose my bloody show? my dr appt isnt until in the am and im having really bad back/leg pains and wanted to get in the bath.

Yes, it's only advised not to bathe if your water has broken. Soak away momma!
