I think the answer is obvious. Go to court and file for CS and a visitation schedule.

Call your local child support enforcement and file with them. THEY will deal with the rest of it for you. Until then, NO MORE visits PERIOD if he can't act like a damn adult and take care of his kid the few times he sees her. Also maybe look into a restraining order first, 2 am threatening visits need to stop and if you have a restraining order in place would probably help any custody crap he might try to pull later.

Thank you! I feel like Ive been too easy with him, and hes taking advantage of it. Its not fair and he has over $15,000+ in savings that he wont even touch in an emergency for her. (because hes saving up for a car)..... But Ive spent all my savings preparing for her and my family & I still spend money on her 24/7. And he told me all I cared about was having money for her. Which is absolutely false. Ive never asked him for cash, plus I buy practically EVERYTHING. He shouldnt be buying just diapers and wipes when he has $15000+ he has more money than me but is spending way less on her.... I cant even save 5,000. My daughter is breastfed, he should be lucky he doesnt have to pay for formula!!!!!!!! Hes taking care of everyone except his daughter!
