Won't let me use the Facebook app again...

I used the app last year when I was pregnant with my son and it worked great. I loved it. When I click on the app through FB it brings me to the site and says "you have completed your 40 weeks of updates!"and below that is "get updates again". I click that, put in my due date but then an error screen pops up saying an "active access user token" is needed. What do I have to do to get the app again?
