That all sounds very normal. I had really bad morning sickness with both my pregnancies and the dr prescribed me diclectin. It doesn't work for everyone but it definitely worked for me

You've been pregnant longer than 8 weeks.. ? And you'll get your appetite back, for me it was around 13 weeks.

You can get over the counter stuff. Unisom and vitamin b6. Take one of each first thing in the morning or at bedtime, it will help a lot with the nausea. As far as no appetite, I have that problem because of something else. Get carnation instant breakfast and whole fat milk and drink 2 or 3 of those a day to keep up your nutrient and calorie intact. Also if you are taking prenantals, those can make some women ill, take those after dinner before bed so you can sleep through any adverse effects.
Hope you feel better soon hun!

It is really normal. It could be illness aswel, but it's probably more likely to be pregnancy induced. It can stay the whole time, or come and go, and just suddenly go away. Mine came and went. I feel the same way tonight though and i'm not even pregnant anymore
Seabands are great, also sniffing an essential oil like lemon or spearmint can help. There are also CDs that really help some mamas.

It was the same for me early in this pregnancy, I even ended up going to the ER because of it. I didn't want to eat and when I did, I'd get sick, then I wouldn't eat and would still throw up stomach acid. They gave me a couple different pills but nothing worked. Finally I figured out the only thing I could eat and not throw up was oatmeal. It would stick to my stomach, so I literally lived off that til I was 16 weeks.
I guess it's pretty common.
I hope you figure out what works for you and feel better.

It can be very normal. I had hyperemesis with this pregnancy and ended up on Zofran. In fact, I'm almost 34 weeks and still take the Zofran occasionally. Morning sickness sucks, but it *usually* stops around the time you hit the second trimester (not for everyone, but for most).
Feel better!

Not eating can also can cause nausea, lightheadedness and headaches.

& eating small meals throughout the day will help you work your appetite up even just little things like a apple or a piece of toast.
