about 1/3 cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 1/2-2 handfulls of spinach (pregnancy has made me super anemic)

Sounds like my smoothie, minus the yogurt....super yummy!!
I buy bulk frozen fruit. I get the giant tub of low fat vanilla yogurt and pour it into ice cube trays overnight then into baggies in the freezer. I have a single serving smoothie blender in a cup, and make them a few times a week when im craving something sweet.
1 vanilla yogurt cube
1/2 cup blue berries and raspberries
3 cherries
2 slices of a cut up frozen banana
1/2 cup of organic apple juice
Blend!
Its just like a smoothie you would order at Jamba Juice, and its frozen fresh fruit VS the fruit sitting in syrup at a smoothie shop.
