DWI help!

My SIL and her fiance were supposed to move in with us tomorrow....but he got a dwi last night ( yet another reason why they NEED to move up here)....they dont have jobs or a place to stay down there since he quit and she transferred up here.
Does he have to stay down there ( 6 hrs away) until his court date? Can he transfer things up here?
Thought maybe someone would know...thanks

Most of the time as long as your report to your bondsmen you moved its fine. You can not leave the state though.
