spinal for c section?? AFRAID

yes ive had 2 csections but they were 8 and 5 years ago..i am so scared about the spinal its on my mind all day..i cant remember how it felt and im afraid that im going to get paralyzed..lol..any1 have a recent spinal? how did it feel and how long till feeling comes back? i cant remember any of mine.lol..i think i blocked those parts out..thank you so much

I had a spinal 2 years ago...Staying still was the hardest part for me. I was afraid I was going to move and they would put it in the wrong spot and I would be paralyzed. Felt like a pinch in my back for a second, but after that it was fine...I felt all the tugging and stuff on my belly still, just no pain. I went to recovery for an hour and my legs stayed numb about 45 min of that hour.

different, but both are in the spine. I have had both.

I was contracting both times. lol i dont know if it hurt. but I couldnt move my legs for a few hours.

A SPINAL IS 1 SHOT..an epi is a catheter in your back,but i guess overall the same

I had a spinal in April. But idk if it counts because technically they gave me an epidural while in labor, and then switched it out before the c section. But I feel like I didn't feel anything until the next day (it could partially be due to the pain meds). I didn't get my catheter out until like 6 am, and I had her at 3 pm the day before. That was the first chance I had to walk.
