Pork Loin Centre & Rib Roast Boneless
posted 26th Jan
I have this huge piece of meat that is called "Pork Loin Centre & Rib Roast Boneless" it's about 3.064 kg.
Anyways, it's partially frozen. I want to cook it in my slow cooker.
Can I put it in there even if it's frozen? How long do I cook it for and what do I put in there with it? Does anyone have a slow cooker recipe for it?
Thanks.

Yes, you can stick it in the slow cooker partially frozen. You will need to cook it basically forever, I would guess at least 8 hours. Although that's a nice cut of pork; people typically use cheap cuts in the slow cooker. I don't have any recipes; sorry I'm not more help.
