re: Mucus Plug?!

Contractions are still sucky... and when he moves I can feel him push down in my pelvis, he's been head down for awhile now... so your doctor notice something but the nurses didn't?! I have a lot of back aches and cramping on monitor but sometimes mine don't show when I think they should... I think because it's mostly in my back.

That's y the doctors nurses blow me off.cuz I tell them rite when I go in that the pain is in my back it comes and goes at one time I was in tears and they said well we don't see nothing.. thenbi go see my MW and tell what I'm feeling she said it sounds like back labor and the monitor wont pic it up. And she will check me ..

Now I'm kinda worried I feel so much pressure I could cry..my back hurts..and now I keep having some leaking I put on a pad to see how much I don't know I don't know if its just discharge

Well I just looked this up and there is a name for it.... I would go in and tell them you are not using their monitor and that they will check you. I read too many stories online where they told women they weren't contracting when actually they were, the monitor just wasn't picking it up. Don't let them bully you.... they get paid for this kind of stuff... so make them check you!

I'm not sure what to do ..I've went thru three pads in a hour I smelled them they have no smell..but one I cut open and it looked like it had a tint to it..so I don't know if its pee r my water I've laid down for a few min I get up the baby moves and I start to leak..in not in pain my back is a lil uncomfortable but nothing to bad..I have a doctor appt weds

I would go get checked... because if you are leaking that can be dangerous... I lost more of the plug today.... my panty liner is wet and clear color... with some mucus on it... I can't figure why my plug is coming out a glob at a time.

Yea I'm going to I woke up to a wet pad and went to change and started to leak again ..

Some times u can lose just pieces at a time it sucks..
My doctor said u could be dilating not alot but that's a sign

I notice stringy mucus for the last week or two... these last two days it went from stringy to a thick glob... and thats good you are going in! Let me know how it goes!! Good luck.

I went in and they didn't test r nothing the doctor looked and said I don't see no fliud the nurse asked if he was going to do the test to make sure he told her no n to send me home ...

My was globs but now its stingy..let ur doctor know at ur next visit ..I think as long as there is no blood in it u r ok

I went in last night I dilated to a 1 on the outside?! It was a dimple but now a 1... I really think your doctor should have tested just to at least put your mind dat ease. It's silly that they are ignoring you. Of course my doctor blamed my contractions on dehydration... go figure! I felt like it was a wasted trip... and after she checked me she didn't check again... even though she should have since I was contracting.

These doctors think its a joke now of days PTL..is no joke.. with my last son I went in with cramps was checked and was closed and high..I told them something was not rite they didn't listen they wanted to send me home it was about a hour later I had the Nurse check before I was let go I was at a 3 I was only 30 weeks things can change with with lil pain..I went thru no pain till it was time to push..even with my son before my last one I had cramps for 30 min went to get checked was at a 4 .. with this baby I asked the busted to plz check. She said baby was rite there I was soft and 70% ..and I was haven contractions but they didn't care r didn't check again.... I hope me n u can hold off for a few more weeks

They are saying mine is dehydration but I don't think so.... I am not one to drink a lot as is... and when i'm thirsty I know it... i'll drink, but there are times my pee is clear and i'm still contracting so I don't get it... at least you had them check you, were they able to stop you at 30 weeks? I am hoping for 35 weeks.... i've had steroids for his lungs so i'm hoping to get to at least 35.... if I got past 35 thats great too. I hope you can make it a little bit longer too!!

Yea they had got them stopped .. my doctor tells me to drink 48oz as fast as I can so sheen I go in I can tell them how much I drank so they can't tell me in not drinking enough

I never even lost my mucus plug..., but it sounds like that's what it was.

Ya I write down how much I drank and what time..and how many contractions I had and the times and if I took meds..and also what I was last time I got checked.. and what I ate..those ppl always tell me I need to eat and drink ..so I have Prof I did all that n need to do something. Then sit with there thumb in here ass lol
