well i did it again

this year the hubby is going to vegas again to defcon for 5 days with a couple of his friends..and of course i said yes go have fun i wont get mad but now iam..a part of me is going ok plane tickets are $277 round trip..and i dont have to go to defcon so that saves $200 i can find free things to do its vegas..so for me i would need maybe $500..i dont know i just feel so left out hes going to be partying up in vegas for 5 days..while i get to stay home and watch two kids in a town that were just going to be moving to so its not like i can just call people over cause its going to be 35 minutes away..ok im done now the more i type the bitter im getting...oh one more thing i told him yes for vagas but then i asked to go to a concert by myself in march cause he would need to stay home and watch the kids and it was no..

I wouldn't want to hang out in Vegas by myself.

And that's kind of smurfed up he won't watch the kids so you can attend a concert in March.  

35 minutes isn't that far why don't you have a big sleepover with friends. Get a sitter and party it up.

I would have flipped my smurf when he said no to the concert it's just one night and he gets 5 what an ass!! Get a babysitter and go out and do something with some friends 35 minutes it's really not that far.

see i would but the only person allowed to watch the kids is his mom and she has medical conditions that weaken her..and if i have someone else do it he would flip and hes going to be calling and skyping to keep tabs on me and to see the kids

That whole telling you no for a concert you want to go to in march would not fly, if he gets to go to defcon then you should be able to go to the concert, I would tell him since you wont watch the kids for me and told me no then you cant go to defcon point.blank.period, see how much he likes that

That's annoying I would just get a baby sitter either way but I have a thing for being told what I can and can't do as long as you know and trust the person watching them he can go smurf himself and go have fun. That's just not fair.

see a part of me thinks he just doesnt want me to go cause hes going to be alone partying all night and i would cramp his style.. cause i dont know if it was me going and not him i would buy him tickets for that cheap but maybe thats cause i think of others and not myself i like seeing other people happy.,my hubby isnt like that tho for him its what can i gain from this

and for the concert thats cause he cant watch the kids by himself if hes with our son who is 1 and if im gone for more then 2 hours he panics even tho our son is a good baby..and another reason why its cause its twiztid and he doesnt think i can handle my self im sorry but i hate when men do that think that just cause im a women i cant do smurf

i know but if i do tell him no its smurf you its for the company its a company write off..he owns a computer company even tho every year he goes i dont see how a hacker convention is going to help i can see if he went to a legit computer convention but then didnt stay up all night partying..he says thats when he trys to get contacts and i go yep when you guys are drunk smart

That sucks well do your own thing he doesn't give you an option then don't give him one plan something one day you know he'll be home get ready and before you go tell him I'm leaving watch the kids and leave let him deal with the kids. Have food ready and whatever they'll need.
