Ground beef

Does anyone have any good recipes for ground beef other than the usual spagetti sauce, meatballs, meatloaf, chilli and burgers?
I'm struggling for ideas and pinterest isn't being helpful!

Mmm shepherds pie. Lol.

We don't eat meat but use a meat substitute to make an amazing enchilada casserole. So easy and fast to make too.

Also I made this delicious hamburger potato casserole last week. I'll see if I can find the recipe

Cook the hamburger meat, throw it in a crock pot with some tomato bullion (sp), some cilantro cubes, some fine noodles (like angel hair fine-you can use these and break them up little), use potatoes and other veggies & just let it set till your noodles and taters are done lol.


We're actually having that tonight.

I read int he reviews people complaining it was a littl bland, so I mixed up some of my favorite spices (garlic, onion, salt, pepper, season salt) and sprinkle it over each layer of potatoes as I stacked everything. It was great!
