cmv+31w5d pregnant

i went to my ob appointment and found out my blood test came back positive for the cmv virus..I had a bio physical appointment with a genetics Dr right after that so he talked to me about it but im curious to know if any other moms went through this and what the outcome was..he is sending me to an infectious disease specialiscou cause it about it because he said it could cause some serious long term affects on my baby and now im scared smurfless..idk what to do its always one thing after another..i wish i could just have a normal pregnancy..the drs exact words to me after checking all of the blood flow measurements and stuff were "im getting nervous now". thats really not something i wanted to hear
