Need help with middle name!

posted 25th Jan
First name Kylie or aria. I'm leaning more towards Kylie though. With aria all I have is aria Marie (Marie being for me) and for Kylie we have Kylie Marie or Kylie Sarina. Basically DH wants to name the girl after his grandma who is Sara but I dont like that name so we looked up other variations and came up with sarina sarene or Zara. But I think Kylie sarina sounds the best. What do you think ? And does anybody have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Kylie is such a little girl name.

I love Sara, with the variations Zahra and Sarina.

Marie is a filler middle name.

eh, Marie was my grandma's middle name, so we used it as well. I think it sounds classic

I read in a baby name book that odd numbers of consonants work better. So, if first name is two, middle name should be one or three, etc. Don't think it always applies, and it may depend on last name syllables as well, not sure. But I think a three-syllable middle for Kylie would have a nice rhythm. Since Kylie ends in ie, I would prefer a different ending for the middle (not Marie).
But what do I know??? I am just barely starting to try to work on names at nearly 23 weeks! :-)

Sarina - Hebrew
Zarita - Spanish

Okay. Doesn't stop it from being a filler name. Just like:

Lynn
Rose
Grace
Ann
May/Mae
Lee/Leigh

Who really cares though? A name is a name.
They aren't always meant to be creative. They're meant to be something you like. and if she likes those "filler" names? what is it to you?
