re: Healthy wraps (that you eat) and exercise post!

I like grilled chicken & bell peppers with a little bit of dressing in lettuce wraps, or a wheat flatbread wrap with avocado, grilled chicken, cucumber, garlic hummus, and a bit of lemon squeezed over.

ohhhhh.. we use lettuce or the flavored mission wraps, I like the spinach one or jalapeno one.

Mmmmm we use the spinach wraps ad make a 'nutty bird' ....its shredded turkey,cream cheese, a little mayo and shelled sunflower seeds Omg they are soooo good!! Lol and we 'grill' them on the George foreman grill till they are hot

Meh, the fat free versions are okay

Yeah.. still not really good for you. I go with fat free yogurt because it's way healthier.

but yogurt tastes like smurf in wraps and it's not the right consistency IMO. I do make a Indian dressing called raita out of yogurt and that is delicious on salads or as a veggie dip.

that's your opinion. I think it tastes the same as sour cream and prefer to be healthy.
