hemorrhoid

I think I have external hemorrhoids? I gave birth 6 months ago, does that have anything to do w it? I felt some bumps so I went got a mirror and I saw two little bumps??   and I had stitches too when I gave birth..
I'm scared to go to the doctor bc idk I'm afraid I might have to get surgery?? But it's very small?? Maybe it's better to get it checked now thn later?? But mainly I'm worried about going bc if they do say I have to get surgery, I would have to be away from my daughter   and I EBF and she's soooo attached to me, I can't leave her. Idk how she'll sleep, eat etc. she refuses bottle & it's so hard pumping bc she's always to the breast. Idk what to do :'(
Can it get worst ? Has anybody got it done? How was the process please help  

I have 2 little ones. I don't think they're really a problem unless they get huge or become painful. I know a few people who have them since giving birth. No fun
