No,I can honestly say I have never done either.. with or without children in the car.

I have Bluetooth hooked up in my car so it's a lifesaver.

I only text like 3 people who all have very distinct names. Lol. There is literally like nobody where i live anyway. I can drive 350 miles and only see 3-5 cars.

I talk on the phone, but my car has voice controls, so it dials and hangs up using voice commands.

I likely wouldn't care if I drove it all the time and was used to it. But it NEVER fails. I always hit it when I get on a main road and relax my hands and hit the smurfing button!

Then it beeps at me to make a command while shutting off my music, I yell some obscenity (usually something like "smurf you you smurfing truck") and this bitch comes over and says "This is not a recognized command, please try again."


Can't you tell it makes me mad? Haha

Nope! I refuse to answer my phone while I'm driving, especially when I have my kids. I hate when people text while they drive, I've almost been hit by some of the idiots who think they know how to do it the "right" way.

No, it's illegal here to use your phone at all whilst driving. It has been for like over 10 years. The first time I realised it wasn't like this everywhere is when constantly seeing people doing it on 16 and Preg and Teen Mom, seriously it shocked me. You get caught doing that here and you are in big trouble.

It's illegal here to (texting being a more recent law and you have to have a hands free device while talking) but people don't really care. I've never seen or heard of anyone actually getting a ticket for it.

It's illegal in most if not all states also.

I'm not horrible but I would for sure cause an accident. 3 kids died while I was in HS and guess what was involved in all 3 car accidents? Cell phone usage.
