Period after Plan B (possible TMI)

**if this is in the wrong forum I apologize. I just didn't want to get stuff about taking plan b and I know this forum is safe from that sort of thing**

If any of you have ever taken plan b how did it mess with your period, if it even did at all?

I am only bleeding dark brown to black blood. I am on day five and I am still bleeding as if it was day one. I am passing a ton of clots. I mean to the point when I stand up to pull up my underwear I have to kegel or else a clot will fall out (ewwww). HOWEVER they're not tissue clots, they're more like CM.

I have read a few things online that says not to worry because brown blood is old blood but I am having nothing but brown/black blood and am starting to get worried. I am also taking a slew of "helpful" vitamins to help get my hormones back on track. (Vitamin A, C, B6, B12, Zinc, E, Niacin, and B-complex)

Any help is appreciated  

I would always spot after Plan B, sometimes even bleed heavily (blackish, dark red). Plan B is known to mess up your cycle as well.

Okay thank you. Everything I have read online is giving me conflicting stories about the color of the blood being related to plan b and so on. I was just getting worried and letting my hypochondriac side get the better of me  

It always made my period start early by about a week. That's really the only thing I remember about it.

Is it your first time you've taken it? The first time I took it is when I experienced the blackish/redish tint, I'm sure you are fine!

Teen pregnancy and pregnancy resources are better suited for your question. However if this is directed at me I'm 22 not a teenager. Young yes, teenager no. I had my daughter right before I turned 21.

Yeah this is my first time taking it. And thank you for putting my nerves at ease, I really appreciate it. I just let myself get all worked up sometimes  

dont trust plan b too much i took plan B literally 4 hours after having sex and I got pregnant and no i wasnt already pregnant i was right on my ovulation time period i was freaking out i was like smurf we gotta go get plan B i thought all was good until my period didnt come

Understandable, but since the title of this thread is period after plan b its safe to say I'm not pregnant lol. I also took about seven home pregnancy tests with BFN and took one the other day when my period ended to be sure
